If you’re actually serious about obtaining the things you want, you have to be ready to do WHATEVER it takes.
You also have to be willing to take risks — even if those risks could mean ultimate failure.
“When it comes to taking risks — evaluate the best case scenario, and the worst case scenario. If you can live with the worst — then do it. Take the risk!”
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t — you’re right,” said Henry Ford. Ford knew that he could achieve his goals by surrounding himself with experts who knew more than he did. When others tried to have him step down as the leader of his company, he was asked a series of questions to test his intelligence. He answered, (paraphrased), “I don’t have to know all those things. I pay those people over there to do that for me.”
Know your weaknesses. Oprah Winfrey said, always surround yourself with people who are better than you. Smart leaders rule their business knowing that they aren’t good at everything — so they hire the gurus that are experts in their field. They build great teams to balance out every area possible so their business thrives amongst all kinds of people.
And they’re not afraid to make mistakes.
Be a smart leader. Know your weaknesses. It’s profitable!
