Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP by phone or e-mail.
You’ll get an automatic refund for tickets using your purchase payment method. Refunds for cancelled events will appear in your account up to 30 business days from the time of purchase.
We’ll contact you ASAP with the new date and time through phone or e-mail, and automatically give you ticket(s) for the rescheduled event. Can’t make the new date? When you notify us that you cannot make the new date, we will automatically give you credit towards our next event. Or you may request a refund, and in that case we will issue you a full refund. Refunds for rescheduled events will appear in your account up to 30 business days from the time of your refund request.
