You may provide to EmersonRose Events Inc. what is generally called “Personally Identifiable” or “Personal Information”, information (such as Your name, age, postal/zip code, email address, credit card number, postal mailing address, and telephone numbers) if You use certain services or products from the EmersonRose Events Inc. platform or otherwise use the features and functionality of EmersonRose Events Inc., as well as any other third party links that may be linked to or from the Website in order to process ticket information, transactions, and/or payments for events. The type of information We collect is linked to the purposes. For instance, when You choose to reserve Your spot or buy a ticket for an event, We may collect Your name, address, phone number, email address, banking and other payment information as well as information about the Content You are contributing. If You are a licensee of Content, We may collect Your name, address, contact information and payment information.
“Automatically Collected” Information
When You access the EmersonRose Events Inc. Website (including through Your computer or Your mobile device) or open one of our HTML emails, We may automatically record certain information from Your system by using different types of tracking technology. This “automatically collected” information may include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), a unique user ID, version of software installed, system type, the content and pages that You access on EmersonRose Events Inc., and the dates and times that You visit EmersonRose Events Inc. We need certain information about You in order to provide You with the product or service requested by You (i.e. including but not limited to Your name, address, credit card information, phone number, email address, etc.). We also collect information for market research purposes to gain a better understanding of Our customers and thus provide more valuable service. This helps Us to determine how best to provide useful information to customers and to understand which products and services are of most interest to them. When registering or using third party links connected to or from Our Website for payment processing and transactions, You are authorizing Us to also use this information to let You know about new products or services that may be of Your interest. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and EmersonRose Events Inc., superseding any prior or contemporaneous, either oral or written communications.
We reserve the discretionary right to terminate Your access to all or part of this Site, with or without notice.
In the Event of Merger, Sale or Other Change
In the event that EmersonRose Events Inc. is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or ever files for bankruptcy, We reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that We have collected from Users as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. Information EmersonRose Events Inc. receives from You may be considered an asset subject to bankruptcy could jurisdiction and disposition pursuant to procedures thereunder.
IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS EmersonRose Events Inc. AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. The Web Site and Services are not directed toward, nor intended for, individuals under the age of 13. Individuals under the age of 13 should not register for the Web Site and/or Services, or provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 13. This Policy and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
EmersonRose Events Inc. may perform activities outside of Canada through third parties, and users (such as the potential employers with whom You interact via EmersonRose Event’s service) may reside outside of Canada. You acknowledge and agree that, as a result, Your personal information may be processed, used, stored or accessed in other countries and may be subject to the laws of those countries. For example, information may be disclosed in response to valid demands or requests from government authorities, courts, or law enforcement in other countries. In particular, information that is processed, used, stored or accessed in the United States may be subject to the Patriot Act and applicable anti-terrorism legislation, together with other legislation applicable within the United States.
